How We Do It

Collaborative, Transparent, and Unique to Each Client

Removing Limitations & Embracing Change

We’ve changed our approach to building custom software. We understand, and we’ve experienced countless times before, that as the product is developed the vision and goals evolve. So, we built a process to embrace evolution and enable nimble development.

Listening to Client Feedback

The biggest aggravation we hear about is change orders, by removing a fixed scope out of the equation; we have removed the barriers to building a solution that really meets your needs.

We Don’t Need All The Details

The second set of challenges revolve around clients communicating their vision. So often, clients are concerned they won’t be able to spell out what they need in enough detail before we start. But, we don’t need every detail on day one. Frankly, even when clients put together detailed RFPs, the final product will still have changes.

Collaboration

We will create this solution together.  We start in design and create the user interface, the flow, and define the features. By working through decisions together, we ensure the final product matches your needs.

Scheduled Progress Meetings

By anchoring the design/build process with a standing meeting, you will always know what is going on, see what is being designed and help set priorities. Planning the next steps, launch dates, phases, and goals are built into our unique development approach.

When You Decide To Get Started

Initial Scope Discussion

We meet and discuss your project, ideas, requirements and features. If you have an existing company then we want to know about your processes and workflows to understand how this project fits into your current company.

Estimate/Budgeting

An initial project estimate is created to make sure we are sharing a vision and to start planning a budget.

This is not a fixed scope; You have full flexibility to add or remove features or functionality as we progress through development.

Design Discovery

Once the agreement is signed, we schedule the design discovery meeting. This meeting will review the full scale of the project and the first priorities.

Wire-Framing & Prototyping

Next, we will work through wireframes and design to capture the workflow and to start to visualize and finalize the functions and features that you need.

Development & Testing

We will be working on a staging server so you can personally test and verify the software. We are building for you and it is important that you have the visibility, access and control to make sure everything is coming along as needed.

New Features? Need to pause? Need to connect?

No problem.
